Big enough room for my big family. The room was a bit dark which my husband and I actually love.

There were some baby roaches in the room...unfortunately that's a common thing these days because guests don't respect their rooms.

the mattress was worn out, the sitting chair had stains all over its arms, the toilet didn’t flush very well, the carpets looked very dirty, the rack above the toilet was broken and it had a musty smell to it.

There was someone’s hair in the shower and on hand towels. there was some sort of brown mystery fluid dried on the wall in the bathroom. The pool was closed.

Was very ill at ease when we pulled into the parking lot... seems to be in a very sketchy area. We walked into the room to take a look around, I used the wifi to book a different hotel, and we left immediately after.

The woman at front desk when I checked in was nice

Everything in the room felt sticky. Microwave was filthy and not plugged in. Only way to use it was to move it to the counter by the sink. Shower wall had a hole in it. Stuffed it with a wash cloth to shower because i didnt know who or what was on the other side. AC didn't cool. No blankets. One of the door locks was broke. I didn't feel safe. Would not stay again.

Everything is great

I was very disappointed. I had booked a smoking room and when we got there, they had let someone have the room. the staff on duty stated a company had come to stay with them so They got the room. The lady on duty tried to tell me I had requested a non smoking room. I asked her why I would do that. Went back out to my truck and found my Booking.com reservation and proved to her that I had not messed up on my end. she stated it didn’t matter someone else had the room. I won’t book a room with them again.
