One of the valet attendants was awesome. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond due to me due to my handicap. I hate that I didn't get his name but I tipped him for his services. The front desk attendant was great. He was able to make stay pleasurable in spite of my handicap.

The rooms was a nice size, very spacious. The location was perfect. Complimentary breakfast is always a bonus!

The bottom of the shower liners in the bathroom were orange and needed to be changed. Stayed for 3 nights and requested extra towels each day from staff on day and night shift. It took the operations manager to honor our request on our very last night. Location and room was good, but the staff was sorry. Even the night shift valet guy had an horrible attitude.

The $50 parking fee.

Breakfast was horrible, suites have roaches. I certainly did not expect to have to be changing rooms in the middle of the night (moved to a handicap room). Manager was very apologetic & helpful, but he was also the same person that checked me in and knew about the roaches.

See above. Lot of construction in front of hotel, noisy, and interferes with ability to sleep.

I booked a room with two Queen beds and a foldout couch. When we arrived they had us in a room with one King bed and foldout couch. We were one bed short and they acted like they were doing me a favor.

The staff was very friendly but not all that helpful. The location was close to a lot of activities and food.

Just about everything else was horrible. I reserved a 2 bed suite but only got a room with one bed and a pullout sofa. They couldn't change my room due to being booked. I called down to ask for sheets and blankets and none ever came. I had to go down to the front dest and then they called housekeeping to bring it. No one ever came to change out towels or replenish toilet paper. Everything was filthy, including the pool. Keycatds barely worked. The elevator broke. The stairwell was a nightmare, dirty with what looked like black mold. The glass in the front room was cracked. The carpet was dirty and unraveling from the walls

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect as well.

The bar in the lounge area was very limited, with not a lot to choose from. The breakfast was ok; not the best. My son wanted to go swimming but the pool was dirty. Parking was very expensive. What was supposed to be a $580 stay, turned out to be almost $800. I also had to call the front desk several times for them to bring me sheets for the pullout bed.
