It was ok. Clean, ok area.

Only thing I did not really like is the very, very uncomfortable bed. It literally felt like we were sleeping on file cabinets. I really think we were because it kelp making the noise every time we got up out the bed.

Good deal for the price. Located close to stadium..

Everything was good...nothing bad to say about the place

Place is nice, clean and the one staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

One minor drawback, they are using covid as an excuse not to have the continental breakfast, whereas the place I stayed the next night in San Antonio served a nice hot breakfast buffet style.

Had to stay another night in Houston because the hospital doesn't let siblings stay. Had to scramble last minute for a hotel and didn't want to stay at the garbage one we did the night before. Great hotel and decent price.

I understand with covid not having a continental breakfast but would have been nice.

It was clean and spacious and comfortable. The staff I encountered were nice and helpful. It was Close and convenient to MD Anderson and at a good price.

This is a nice well maintained place that I would stay at again. Traffic is bad at times, so if it is backed up to Holly Hall Street then take the backroads to Naomi Street to cut around the backup.

Almeda is under construction right in front of this place and the access road has two of three lanes closed. The light at the freeway makes the problem worse by only letting three or four cars thru at a time. At peak times it can take over 20 minutes to get from Holly Hall Street to the entrance. A good trick is to use Naomi Street to cut around the backup. WEEKEND traffic is not an issue.

This is a small motel that is privately owned and is probably a family run operation. Despite it being old it is very well maintained. I've stayed here on several occasions and every room I've been in has been recently renovated. The rooms are nicer than other more expensive places like the NRG Holiday Inn. The parking lot is very well lit.

It's not their fault, but traffic is bad due to construction. Between 4:00pm and 6:00pm is the worst, but if you come a back way on Naomi Street you can miss most of it.

Absolutely immaculate inside and out. They really take pride in their establishment. It was also very quiet while we were there, which made it very relaxing. It’s close to the zoo, the reason for our stay.

On the Marque in front of the hotel and on the website, says continental breakfast. When arrived was told, no breakfast!! no coffee, no nothing.

Registration desk clerk was amazing! He talked to me as if he had known me for years, making me feel welcome and at home, and I felt very safe. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and roomy, and a very quiet location. Also, a great value for the price.
