The bugs

Whoever cleaned the room did a good job, I have to give credit for that. However, there's more that needs to be done than just that.

The pictures was nice with a beautiful pool and all, but it was covered up when we arrived. The building is in need of repair, missing ceiling tiles, and such. the doors were hard to open and close, breakfast didn't exist as advertised. Roaches were crawling around

There was just trash in the room , I feared showering because the tub was serrated with rust, the a/c sounded like a jet turbine starting up .. breakfast consisted of breakfast bars , toast ,instant grits , yogurt, bananas and corn dogs

There was an awful smell throughout the facility. The beds were slipped in as if new mattresses were needed and tv so small can barley see it. Had to ask for a refund for my stay bc I couldn’t take the smell

Close to Peachtree Mall and about 15 minutes from FT Moore. The front desk staff and house keeping was very nice.

I was expecting something like the pictures, and a quiet and safe place, because it is near the stat university. Needs a lot of renovations, almost everything looks old, rusty and with mold stains. Even it was clean, the odor on the hallways smells like cigarette and musty smell. It's supposed to include continental breakfast and only have pieces of bread with cheerios. Some guests were noisy, yelling and arguing in the middle of the night until the next morning; I thought they were gonna to kill each other.

Bed was clean.

The cockroaches. The fake breakfast.and towel shortage. Homeless people begging for cigarettes

I disliked everything about that filthy place

The front desk day shift was very nice as well as the friday morning housekeeper.

Reported to the night shift desk person that the toilet was about to run over and she handed me a plunger and told me maintance was off. Never encounted this before.

Room was not ready at 3pm (normal check in time). Inhad requested an early check in since I had to drive 4hrs and make sure I could prepare for a wedding.

The site said there was a pool however the pool was not up to par. Breakfast was not good at all and

The night clerk. He didn’t know anything. He needs to be retrained.

It was in a quiet location and everything was clean.

Hotel is outdated and needs renovation. Decor looks like something from the 60s or early 70s. Beware of the toilets of you have bad knees....they are EXTREMELY low!

The staff was very responsive to a flooding situation that had occurred in the room that we had been first assigned to. Had I not had sense enough to turn off the water it would have probably flooded the entire room. There is no maintenance personnel on staff after 5:00 p.m. which I find ridiculous at best. Quite honestly you all should have paid me to have stayed here

The overall condition and maintenance of the hotel was way less than what I would have expected for a Wyndham facility. The hotel and general seems to be in a total state of disrepair this includes the Halls along with the rooms themselves as well as the ventilation system. If I had a known I was going to be given a chance to send photos I would have taken several photos.

The tub was rusted room 102. Staff was super rude. We were charged an additional 50 for some sort of deposit.

Could use some updating but it was clean, comfortable, and staff is very friendly.

the breakfast was horrible, ac didn’t work right, toilet didn’t work, paint in shower was peeling, the door didn’t shut right, the mattress was upside down!

This hotel has proven to be a pleasant experience in the past.

Rooms oversold, my booking was canceled by on-site staff. They were at least courteous enough to call and advise, but obviously, this was less than convenient.

Staff were nice

Continental breakfast only was 2 choices of cereal. The facility smelled like smoke and garbage smell through hallway. Ceiling leaking in the middle of hallway with a bucket to catch the water so unprofessional looking. Door on the other end of the hotel is left unlocked all day & night for anyone to enter.
