Breakfast was not good, too many people not enough food

Super quiet and comfortable beds! The staff were very friendly! Even though we missed breakfast, they gave us some leftover muffins :) close to downtown

Upon leaving the property I saw A cock roach but the property is by the lake. Didn’t bother me too much.

It was ok, I did expect it to be a little nicer for the price, and because of the pictures.... it's looking a bit run down. They also changed the name, witch makes it a little more difficult to figure out when coming from a different state and having no clue

We booked a queen room and we’re given a double. When we queried we got told to bring confirmation of booking. We were told the double was what they had as a queen. When asking for dimensions of a queen bed that met our booking they have us a king room. The room smelt of weed and the smoke detector had been tampered with by prior guest. Location did not feel safe and noise levels high overnight. Rooms were accessible from external car-parking lot and we’re not through internal lobby/reception.

It was a decent place, just the homeless & some drugs in the neighborhood...

Only liked the staff and the location

It was very dirty and the mini fridge didn’t work, there were flies in the room, there were stains on the lamps, the free breakfast was pure chaos.. the drinks were room temperature, only things left were two bagels and waffles.

Nice the air-conditioning was on at arrival. Room felt comfortable.

👍 the food was good they even had breakfast meat with the waffle and eggs.

The bathroom seat was low to the floor 3feet from the floor I'm 5"10and an older woman it was hard to stand up.

The bathroom light to take a shower was out and needed a new light bulb I contacted the front desk spoke to the guy who checked us in and he gave me the run around oh maintenance will be there in 10 mins No One Came I called like 3 more times same guy answer ok I will go change the light bulb myself He Lied didn't come . I called him and asked for a room change oh I can't my housekeepers didn't clean any extra rooms . And finally I called again upset because me and my children needed a shower And i told her my situation I can't shower because I might fall it's very dark I said if i fall you will get an injury claim she says oh you didn't have to take it that far ?? Again i ask for another room and she approves for me and my children to move third floor # 320 .. I won't be going back to your hotel bad service rude workers front desk .

Clean room, breakfast was nice, quiet. Got the 2 bedroom suite, it was large. Nice for a family.

When we checked in, which was late afternoon, we went to our room and they were cleaning it, front desk didn’t even check if it was done. Also 2nd bedroom had no direct A/C.

It was very spacious in our room for our family of 6! The rooms were clean and we loved that the AC was on when we went inside! Also the bathrooms were very nice and clean! We loved the view of the river from the rooms it was so beautiful and relaxing!

So the only things that we weren’t too happy about were that two of the controls for the tvs didn’t work so we had to share one remote for both rooms and the living room. Also the breakfast wasn’t the greatest either but these aren’t exactly deal breakers!

Very enjoyable overnight stay! Comfortable room, lots of space and loved the buffet breakfast, a bonus! We would book again next time for sure.

In a Large Homeless area. Room Door looked KICKED IN & Felt Unsafe. Smelled of Cleaning Agents . Hoping CAR wouldn’t be vandalized.

I really like this place - everytime we visit Sacrmento this is the best deal. I was not ready to leave my family for cancer treatment. This allowed me 1 more day with them.

1 reason I had a complaint is that - the swimming area the day before we notice to homless men in the pool. Running up tpo people asking if they smoked week.

Staff were nice, check in and out was super easy. We loved the free breakfast and the location. The pool was amazing. They had a crib waiting for us in the room and the room was clean.

Could of had a few more towels in the room or some at the pool.
