The property was nice and the location was ok too. The room was clean and had everything you could need. There was a security guard on the property as well, which was nice. Plenty of parking.
The one thing I did not like at all was that at 2am there were 2 men loudly arguing outside and cussing at each other. The property is not huge and they could be heard throughout since it was quiet otherwise. I looked outside because I could hear them close to our door on the 2nd floor and I couldn’t see them, but could see the security guard not doing anything about it downstairs. Later in the night some people arrived to check in downstairs and they were also being super loud, but that’s those people’s fault and not really the hotel’s. I guess maybe the doors could be a little more sound proof and to be fair, this kind of stuff probably doesn’t happen every night.

Rooms had fowl smell,it should be noted that if you accommodate pets you need to sanitize rooms as not everyone pet has proper hygiene.

I couldn’t get a phone call to be let known they oversold themselves and they had to split up my party. extremely unaccommodating because we had children with us and instead of the 2DQueens they split up my room into 3 rooms. next time you should call your guest. annoying as well that it was a non refundable booking although I booked it weeks in advance. they should’ve let me get a refund and find a different hotel. room 243 ac didn’t work and my party had to use just one small fan in the Sacramento heat.

I liked it because staff was nice no roaches and no burn marks in the blankets and the a/c worked and no trash everywhere it was nice i will come back.

The coffee in the lobby was good.
The south side of the property is next to a very busy road where cars seem to race; very loud and very thin windows. Also, there are not many outlets nor any USB slots; no coffee machine or coffee.

While checking in a guest came out the staircase and just Stared us down. I room had a bad smell come to find out it was a soiled desk chair staff didn't seem to care

The woman who helped me the first night of my stay, Bam, was absolutely wonderful! She assisted me with a small issue when I was first checking in and was so nice and down to earth. You could tell she wasn't just faking the typical "happy office worker" persona. She actually cares and makes the extra effort! I ended up seeing her a few more times throughout that first night and Everytime she was pleasant and I really enjoyed talking to her. When I came down for breakfast that first day I was lucky enough to catch her as she was ending her shift and was able to wish her a great rest of the day. After she left I was speaking with the woman who was just starting her shift and found out that she was Bam's mother! I told her she had a wonderful daughter who really made a great first impression and set the tone for our stay. It was my first time staying there and between the exceptional service of these two women and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel itself really made for a wonderful stay! Will definitely return especially as long as these two fantastic employees are there!!
