There was a stray cat found starving in my room. The housekeeping and front desk said Throw it outside. They were not gonna help catch it either. We were able to catch it and take it to a shelter. I was so upset with this establishment I left a day early and no discount was given. The shower curtain was to short. The tub was peeling and the coffee pot still had old used coffee filter that was moldy. Terrible

The front desk lady was super nice and friendly. Her service made the stay comfortable.

The room smelled like cigarettes even when we booked a non smoking room. The TV did not want to turn on with the remote which was working since the light came on. The microwave has left over Churches from a previous guest. The floor was not mopped, I walked on socks for two minutes and they were very dirty afterwards. Unknown how long ago and didn’t even bother checking as it might smell bad. The guests next door were very loud, but this is not to blame the hotel as it is unknown of who and how will the future guests act.

Who ever paints does sloppy work! Paint runs, excess paint on doors, mirror etc… same with caulking. Door into room sticks have to push really hard to get it to open. Could not figure out how to turn on shower, maybe have directions in bathroom to tell people to pull the handle out, handle does not seem to be in good shape, seems like it’s stripped. Also, left a small partial toilet paper roll, I would up having to use Kleenex! I don’t want to have to call front desk for toilet paper!!
