Almost nothing the customer service was not that good except for James the afternoon desk attendant. The property was dirty!! Someone else’s sock and trash were left in my room. The lady on Saturday morning called the cops for us to check out at 10:45 when checkout is 11:00 and we had requested and were granted a late checkout of 12:00 by the night front desk agent.

Everything, all the workers are so professional and friendly.

The staff,Location and bed.

Lobby furniture needs replacing,severed sausage everyday and the same thing.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot.

My kids room smelled like mildew

The room was decorated nicely. Staff was friendly and nice.

The windows need to be replaced. The noise from the nearby highway was loud even with the window shut. The a/c rattled loudly all night. And there was very little toilet paper when I arrived and no replacement role so I ended up running out.

The beds are plushy and soft like they used to be when I stayed here in 2020/2021

this time not much morning cook was a good she was very polite

they didn’t clean my room. The staff Saturday morning told me that I supposed to request someone to clean my room and that’s not documented in any booking I have ever made so I had to go to bed in a dirty room Saturday night.
