The staff was so kind and helpful. I also thought the location was perfect to Main street.

I had specifically booked a handicap room. When I arrived I found they only had one and had given it to a walk-in customer ignoring my reservation. I would like a refund (at least in part) as my reservation was not at all as I expected.

The staff was very nice. When asked, the "check-in" clerk gave recommendations for dining and the restaurants were wonderful. The room was larger than expected and I liked the position of the grab bar in the shower. I felt the facilities were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The biscuits were served cold. We were told we could put them in the toaster but I didn't think that would work. The remainder of the breakfast offerings were typical.

It's pet friendly and the staff was super helpful.
