Carpet very dirty .. black mold in bathroom told staff at front desk didn’t even apologize

The location was great, close to shopping and not far from the ocean.

When I arrived, it was 3 p.m., and I checked in. I went to take a hot shower and relax. I had to take a cold shower. for whatever reason I didn't get hot water until later that night. That was just the beginning. I noticed some little black dots around the bathtub. It looked like dead ants. I washed them down the drain and shrugged it off. Then, as I was lying in the bed trying to relax, ants started crawling on me. I did not let the front desk know because I'm not one to complain. I slept poorly the whole time there because I had to keep killing ants in my bed. Getting a pest control plan in place would be a good start.

Unfortunately, in my last trip, this is the second hotel where I stayed in a room that facing to the stairs. I am lucky with the last one since there is no disgusting smokes around me. However, I think that this room will have a renovation in the near future. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting was good. The blind was perfect.

The room needs a kind of renovation. Due to covid measures, limited kitchenware were available. The towels were clean and soft but not large enough to cover to body.

Close to Five Points, easy walk to and from a concert. 👍

Great location. Very nice staff!!! Loved the nearby Starbucks, 7-11 and other restaurants.

It was in Irvine and had a kitchenette

Bathtub had broke components that almost cut my family members, roof had pests crawling and biting, AC was weak, bed was too soft, understaffed, found cockroaches crawling around, requested floor 1 but didn’t get it, didn’t have cups, didn’t have hairdryer, nasty countertops.

Location is good

Dirty. LOTS of long black hair in bath tub. Stained sheets. Lumpy mattress. Old and well aged carpet and flooring.

Room was clean and bed were comfortable

Not all the outlets worked, the light switch at the door entrance didn't work
