The staff and the location were excellent.

A little far from a lot of the main activities in Galveston

We enjoyed breakfast from Starbucks

The smell of the bed linen was a little sour and the TV was not functioning properly. It needed to be reset, the guide was not coming up

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. They were able to handle inquiries promptly and clearly identify a solution. I enjoyed the poolside relaxation.

The beach view was married by the roofing overhang that I want sure if someone might walk by there. Two of the lightbulbs weren't working and my first visit to the pool there was scum clearly visible on the water surface. The location of the hotel was not within walking distance to any activities or shopping.

It was brand new, clean and the bed was one of the best.

The lady at front desk, I think her name was Athenea, was rude, unprofessional and acting weird when I arrived at your hotel. I have been all around U.S and this is the first time ever that I experienced a stressful check in. I already had a paid reservation under booking and guess what? she didn't believe, first time ever that a front desk worker take my phone and check my personal information on the booking app because she was doubting about it. She also was raising her hand and told me to stop talking because she was looking in the computer some information about me and I was interrumpting her. Thats weird, because 99% of the times, in NY, Chicago, LA, etc I just give my last name and that's it, eventually a I give my ID and credit card and in less than 5 minutes they give me my room keys. But this lady was rude and unprofessional. It was a really uncomfortable experience.

Most hotels serve a free continental breakfast. Although the breakfast looked good, the prices were extremely high; low valve.

Drinks, snacks and breakfast was on the expensive side but other than that everything was everything. Very clean and nice establishment. P.s bring your own food and drinks lol but I slept like a baby 🤎🤎
