26 bucks for breakfast! WTH! I live in manhattan and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and coffee is under 10 bucks. Only king size rooms available. What happened to the other rooms?

The rooms were clean, comfortable the bathrooms were great and the staff were great - both in dining room and lobby.
There was construction happening so I dont know if its always like that but the elevators were old and it looked a bit scary outside and anyone could access the rooms (no cards were needed to activate the floors).

Location
It smelled like urine in the elevator. There was a strong odor of marijuana. I called for a shuttle 3 times and was told the driver had just left but no one showed up at the airport, after waiting 40 minutes one of your competitors took me to the hotel. Pretty bad service!

the fact that it was having major work done down stairs, so there was boarded up areas black plastic sheets in lobby some of the clientele there were people living as temporary accommodation it was unsafe to walk outside due to all the people hanging around the car park the lifts smelled of cannabises it was not a nice place. The description on your web site and pictures did not represent the actual hotel down stairs facilities if we had know that work was been carried out we wouldn't have booked. If it wasn't so late at night we would have moved to another hotel. Finally the price we where charged was outrages for the this hotel. even the staff when we arrived could not believe how much we where charged

Staff were helpful
Radisson have taken 2 unauthorised payments of $150 and $65.79 from my debit card and have failed to reimburse them to my card despite several phone calls. This means e have paid almost double the cost of the room for one night. The staff at the hotel have tried to assist but basically they are unable to do anything apparently because of Radissons reimbursement policy and/or their accounts department.
Note also the hotel is undergoing refurbishment so is basically a building site.

They are obliged to give me an invoice. They do not want to send me the invoice for my stay. They say booking is responsible for it, and in every hotel i’ve been to, they print out the invoice for you at checkout. This is completely unacceptable. And staff answering my phone calls are rude because they will not do what they need to do. Come on, it is not that big of a problem to give your customer an invoice.

A newly refurbished room
Noisy old air con in the room. Single glazed and no ability to open the window any longer ( originally it would have but very tired infrastructure). No fitness room or luggage storage (which was advertised as being there). The hotel is about to be refurbished and shouldn’t be charging these prices until it is complete

We needed a over night stay between flights. We choose the Radisson because it appeared to be close to the airport and they had a connecting shuttle service, which we did use on our continuing flight back to the UK.
Hotel shuttle stopped at 11pm We arrived at JFK just after 11pm and had to get a taxi. The first yellow cab driver refused to take us and told us to catch a bus (no buses running at that time of night to hotel) as it was too close from airport to hotel and the 2nd driver was not happy taking us and was very rude. It cost us $26 and a 10 minute drive, so not a walk away…..

Beds were comfy, pillows decent, large room, large TV, housekeeping knocked a few times to ask if there was anything they could get for us (was a little annoying to keep having our movies interrupted but was nice that they wanted to make sure we had what we needed).
Shower leaked, staff was less than pleasant (except one lady was super sweet - wish I remembered her name), breakfast was included but needed vouchers (which we weren't told about) and the lady at breakfast was super rude about it. Then we confirmed everything, was told she marked us for both days on the voucher but the next morning, the new lady was even more rude about it. We told her that the other lady already had our voucher but she said that wasn't true and we had to pay. Went to the front desk to get a new voucher and that lady was also rude and said she could only give us a voucher if our airline covered it? We told her WE paid for the room and it included breakfast, she kept arguing with, then finally looked up the room and said 'oh, you're right - next time just tell me it included'. We did - multiple times.

They didn’t accept our booking and did not provide us a stay.
It was a terrible experience, we travelled for almost 20 hrs and had a flight canceled so had to book this hotel for the night but the staff at the property didn’t accept our prepaid booking. We didn’t get to rest at all and above that we were charged approximately ₹40500/- . I was traveling with my young children, it was so heart wrenching to see them struggling to rest in the night with heavy luggage. I have ever had such bad experience in my life. I also wrote an email to booking.com but have not received any reply regarding the refund. So now I am free to write about the worse experience of my life on social media and would not miss any platform where I would not mention about the worst experience of my life. Once I reach back home in india, I am going to sue them in the court of law so that others can be saved from such worse experiences.

Rooms were nice, good view
Charged $35 for parking even though we had a room. Valet said the parking was included. It says breakfast was included then it wasn't for our room when we went.

Rude receptionist but second day a lady was superb to me.
Rude receptionist. I complained that shuttle bus didn't turn in for an hour. He told me I was lying. The worse customer service person I have ever met.
