Beautifully appointed room, comfortable beds, crisp lovely bedding. The staff was very helpful at check-in, when we found our heater wasn't working and when we found the hair dryer wasn't working.

The pillows are that foam stuff - eww! At least one fluffy pillow per bed would be nice. The fill in the decorative pillows was perfect. The room smelled strongly of bleach or cleaners. We had to air the room out for about an hour to breathe in there. Housekeeping made up our room nicely every day which we appreciated but didn't like that they gave us fresh towels every day - isn't there a water shortage?!

Entire outdoor area was closed, and I was not informed ahead of time. I think I should get a credit paid to much for just the rooms.

We have stayed in this hotel before, although that was pre pandemic. Still a great place to stay in Laguna as it is only a 5 minute walk to the shops and main beach. There is also a lovely cliff top walk through the gardens a 2minute walk away. Room was very comfortable and there is a pool at the property. The reception were extremely helpful when we arrived.

The hotel doesn't do breakfast which I normally try to get when I'm booking but the other factors at this property such as price, location and parking make this the place we book for Laguna. There are places nearby for breakfast though.

Great location! Walking distance to downtown. We walked at night and always felt safe. Very clean and spacious king kitchenette room. Manager is top notch.

We didn't like that we had to leave.

Parking us at a minimum & spaces are tight & difficult to get in & out of.

Our room was so unique and had everything available for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

At walking distance from the city center and the beach. Very cute and well maintained. I asked for a quiet room away from the PCH and it was very quiet. Heated pool that was nice. Nice and accommodating staff.

The room was very nice and very clean. All of the staff members we talked to were very helpful and friendly. It was a great location to have an easy walk to downtown. We are anxious to go back!!
