free shuttle was great! Comfy beds and my husband loved the carpet in the hallways !

Blankets weren’t wide enough-my husband would turn over & the blankets would come right off me. Also, tub drained real slow.

The staff were the BEST. We especially loved the 2 Alyssa's but everyone was fantastic. They were more than just staff at a hotel; they were hospitality professionals. I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels all over the world and can say that the staff at The Hampton Inn Seneca Falls were the best ever

The heater, was loud. Upon arrival around 6pm, the people in room 409 were playing music very very loud. Which we didn't complain, we were just getting ready to head out to the concert at the casino and wasn't bothering us. Figured they were doing the same. When they arrived back around midnight, it sounded like there were at least 10 elephants coming down the hall, knocking everything over. They then blasted the music which had a high bass/vibration. Talking/yelling was loud. Sounds like they were knocking things over. Maybe thin walls? I figured the front desk was already getting calls from other guests because they would occasionally quiet down for a couple minutes and at one point sounded like someone was at there door and I heard a very loud sorry, we didn't realize we were being so loud. So that continued another hours until shortly after 1am I called the front desk and asked if they could quiet them and was told they would call the room and make the request. So maybe around 2am I fell asleep. My main concern, is there no security on premise? I'd really be surprised if all floors especially below them weren't effected.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Great location to the things we wanted to do. It was perfect.

The rooms could use a make over. Nothing can be done about the location. Going to and from the car was unpleasant because of the smell in the air.
