NOTHING..left an hr after arrival. Lobby smelled bad, begs sagged, sink didn't drain and they CHARGED for my dog. Red Roof NEVER charges for dogs. The hotel was disgusting and the area is horrible

Mike and Fred were great! We had to move rooms because there was an issue and Fred made it seamless and smooth. the The shuttle driver was super friendly too!

Nothing at all.

The rooms were dirty, and the toilet seat was broken. The shower curtain was falling off the wall. Towels were so old they were thin and had stains on them. We asked for another towel as there were 3 of us and only 2 towels in the room. They did not give us a third towel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but felt unsafe as they had a lot of long-term people staying in the hotel, and they all knew each other and knocked on everyone's doors all night. We left the hotel the next morning. There was large amounts of rubbish in the carpark and in the hallways.
