First the hallway smelled horrible as soon as we entered. Then the room had a strong dog pee smell. How can the cleaners not smell this. Secondly the light fixture buzzed all night. We picked this hotel because of the exceptional rating.

I an in a wheelchair and the bathroom was large and there was a great wheel in shower.

The bathroom was large but that made the room small. I could not get around the bed as the space was too small for a wheelchair.

Love this Quality Inn. It lives up to its name. Check in went smooth and quick. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and soap. The hallways were clean and quiet. Couldn’t hear any doors slamming or people in the hallway.

There is absolutely nothing I can think of!

Love the friendliness of the staff and the honesty of the staff, husband left cell phone and staff turned it in to front desk and they kept it safe until we got back to get it that doesn't always happen

We didn't like the smell of weed smoking in the hall all day and night every day we were there and the pool didn't look clean

room looked recently updated and clean.

I would have found the sink in hall just a few feet from the door awkward if there was more then one person in room. Worked for me since I was not sharing room.

Convenient location for business travelers on the I-65 corridor. Leaving Chicago, it was just far enough to get out of metropolitan traffic without causing me to drive too long that afternoon. It gave me a good start on the next day's travel.
