Price was pretty good because I did not book at the property. I used an online booking service.

The building was dirty and stairwells smelled. Tried to wash clothes but the facilities didn’t work. The pool was closed to whole time we were there.

No towels, had to BEG for toilet tissue, room had graffiti on the walls and broken fixtures Then to add insult to injury they DOUBLE charged me for my room and put my bank account in the negative....now they have me jumps through hoops to send "verification" of the double charge to prove its valid?!?!? My bank account is missing money with hotel name attached...bruh...thats pretty valid! Sent pictures, screenshots, copies of bank statements and STILL waiting on the General Manager to return my calls and a refund!!!

my room had broken and missing drawers, smelled heavily of mold and mildew, there were no blankets, wifi didn’t reach my room, and you could rarely find anyone who worked there.

They canceled my room as I was traveling to location.
