Courteous staff and wonderful amenities in the rooms. I especially like the included shower products, much higher quality than other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range. A lovely experience.

The hotel was okay, overall. The rooms were cleaned well, the bathroom was very nice. Overall the hotel was a good stay - just a few things that kept it from being a great stay. Would recommend it for older travelers.

The previous Candlewood suite we stayed at had absolutely wonderful mattresses. The breakfast area was nice and typical for this class of hotel. Disappointed in the breakfast - nothing stood out except there was a very limited, high-fat/calorie choice of foodstuffs. The stay was good - just not what we had experienced at previous Candlewood suites.

Seeing the suites were remodeled was a huge plus to me. The staff was awesome.

Bed was a little too supportive for my taste.

Location, staff, room okay- but outside was dark, a party in parking lot and no room to park as it was under construction. Front desk was a card table, scaffolds and tape on fire alarms. Place should of been closed!

Inside room was nice

I pre-paid with Booking.com but was also billed through my credit card by Candlewood. I called them twice to see if we could straighten out but was told a manager would take care of it. NEVER HAPPEN! Now being worked with my credit provider.
