Les lits sont excellents, même si on a l'impression d'être redevenu enfant : ils sont si hauts qu'il faut s'y propulser mais le couchage est extra ! Et le calme appréciable. Nous avons pu apprécier la probité et la gentillesse du personnel en chambre et à la réception car nous avions oublié des vêtements dans la penderie d'une des chambres. Un appel téléphonique a permis de nous rassurer et nous sommes repassés par Northampton pour les récupérer.

Les petits-déjeuners sont très moyens mais le prix de l'hébergement est en rapport... Nous ne sommes pas morts de faim !

Proximity to down town.

When I arrived for my scheduled check in, my room was not ready so they put me in a neighboring room. They ended up double booking the room so I woke up at 1:30am to a stranger trying to enter my room. I then received a call from the night manager asking me what I was doing in that room. I was understandably upset. The next day, Saturday, I returned from a wedding to find that my keys to my room no longer worked. Overall, it was incredibly frustrating stay, I filed a complaint Saturday morning and never heard anything from management about the double booking. I would like to be comped for this inconvenience, I literally thought someone was trying to break into my room.

This is a budget motel and you can't expect a Ritz-Carlton experience. But it was in walking distance of Northampton center where there are a lot of nice restaurants, the room was good sized, neat, and quiet, and the breakfast was enough to knock the crust out of your eyes in the morning. That's what I was looking for.

The building with the workout room is pretty damp due to the pool.

The staff is great. Very droll. They were on top of the broken toilet immediately and they responded very quickly to the person screaming and banging on walls in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet is also terrific - very quick to be refilled and very clean and tidy and there was so much more there than expected. They even stock TV dinners for late-night snacking. The sofa-bed was ready to go.

upon arrival our toilet was broken, the in-house phone wasn't working and around midnight someone was crashing around the hallways and banging on doors and screaming. None of that was great. Also a lot of the gym equipment is broken and the pool is closed. Even though we had three people in the room we never had more than two towels.

spacious room- however pool closed for repair, gym closed for repair, elevator out of service. broken light fixture just a bulb over island. food in sofa bed, dirt on walls , and no housekeeping at all for 4 days. didn’t allow early check in- person who answered was rude. building in poor condition/ being renovated- but entirety misleading. and at $500 night?????

the beds were very comfortable.

furniture was badly scratched. carpet was old. No coffee in breakfast area on 10/29. only regular coffee and orange juice on 10/30.

Room size is good.

When we come the day at 1:30pm, we was told room not ready, that is fine, then we come back 5pm we was told room still not ready due to lack of worker to do the clearing. we are not happy, then front deck call manager, finally found us a room near maintain room. manager also said give us 20% discount for first day. that is fine. But the room somehow have always hear noise after midnight. The breakfast is very so so, we end up eat breakfast out side at day 2.

The room was great. Bed comfortable. Great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. My room was clean and comfortable.

I like taking baths. I wasn't comfortable doing that in the tub. the grout was dirty and I wasn't confident the tub was sanitized and clean. The breakfast was weak and not tasty.
