The staff were very friendly and the main room was clean and ok. Main reception area looked fine and the hotel was easy enough to find.

The bathroom was in need of a major overhaul and the bath was unclean and had marks on the floor

No ice, TV remote wasn't synced to TV. Desk clerk was no help.. Facilities were great, service was a minus

Everything was very simple and easy to check in eat and leave

as soon as we got the walked in the room the top lock on the door broke. We were not moved to another room, couldn’t get fresh trash bags. 2nd shift worker, with the nose rings and bleached hair was super rude, and condescending.

Large room size and equipped with all needed amenities.

Staff had overlooked cleaning the coffee pot from previous occupants and only left decaffeinated coffee in the room.

The entire hotel was run down & dirty. Half of the ceiling in the hall was gone! The room was disgusting, there was a layer of dust on the bed and tables, the bathroom was gross, the sheets were stained & stunk. We left 5 minutes after checking in, without a refund!

The staff was friendly, the facility was quiet even though it was close to a major highway and it was easily accessible. I stayed here 1 year ago and had a very good experience at that time. And the price was very reasonable.

The bathroom sink would not drain. There was no housekeeping performed on my room during my 2 night stay. The continental breakfast was poorly stocked compared to my previous stay one year ago.

Location

I understand it was being renovated, but the room was dirty. We had to ask for an ice bucket, the remote didn't work, when we called to the front office, she told us to use the buttons on the tv. The blankets looked like someone had slept in them.

Like the fact it was close to eating places!

Didnt like the fact the POOL wasnt available for our stay!

it looks like the just had a bad flood. total construction zone, green pool.

The bed was hard, and the hotel looked like it was falling apart. I have stayed at Comfort Inn hotels in lots of cities in several states and this was the worst one.

After my reservation was confirmed, I arrived at the hotel and they stated that they didn't have a room for me . They stated that they were overbooked. I was upset but I guess things happen. But I'm upset that I haven't received a credit, as I had to stay at Americinn down the street. So now I have paid for 2 stays on the same night. Booking.com states that you stated that I cancelled my stay. I did not cancel, you were overbooked and turned me away but didn't issue me credit. Do you want me to dispute the charge through my credit card company? I don't want to take that route! Please advise, Larry Jackson, [email protected]

Staff was rude and incompetent. We reserved 2 queen beds for 4 people and they said they didn't have any only after we had paid. We had to cancel and they said they could not credit us. I had called a week for our trip to confirm the room size and that it was wheelchair accessible. But they didn't have a room for us.

The first room’s shower was broke n we had to move rooms which was across from the elevator n a lot more noises.
