The staff was very unprofessional not helpful at all. They hardly spoke or understood the English language. They acted like we were thieves when we requested clean towels. That was after we had been there for 3 days.

I asked for early check in when made reservation....We drove 29 hours from CT. When arriving (yes, mid morning...so early) no early check in available. We came back 1;30 hour later and tried again...for an extra $35 they could do it., room would be ready in 30 min. I waited in lobby and after 30 min went to front desk and room was ready I paid the $35 cash and received the "keys"...4 or 5 little envelop were ready. the lady picked one of them to give it to us which showed me that rooms were ready earlier. Also, I was sitting in lobby but she never called me to let me know it was ready...I had to go ask again....It is very poor service on their part for a small $35 extra ...Seriously?? does $35 really worth a bad review from a guest??? I am in the hospitality industry and that just did not worth it at all. Nothing to gain 9except $35) with such attitude.

Hot tub was cold even when they said it was woking

Just really dirty and rundown. No elevator makes it hard bringing luggage and a cooler to the room. Hair was in the shower and bed when we arrived. Just gross overall.

pool was freezing cold, room was stink, heater was cold, rug was filthy, room phone had all the buttons missing, one of the lights in the bathroom were burnt out

Very comfortable. The beds were nice and got a great night's sleep.

-sword fish infestation in carpet -front lobby closed randomly -seat bowl not matching seat -care taker totally under the influence of drugs -coming and going of females visitors -both taps dripping -mattress does the banana inwards -hand towel stained -towels could be used for garage rags -stains in bed sheets -food stains and debris in different location -and on and on
