Wish there was more food options in the area

Large, pet-friendly hotel with great staff. Because we were only staying one night, the front desk staff reduced our pet fee in half which was very kind and reflects well on hotel management. We didn't use it but there is evidently a waterpark in the same complex so this would be a great place for families.

There are a lot of hotels clustered together so there is a decent amount of hustle and bustle around the property. There's not much to do right near the hotel and you have to travel a bit to get more to the heart of the city.

Breakfast could have been better. Residents Inn has changed. If you’re comparing facilities, Holiday Inn has better amenities and costs less. I will be booking with them in the future.

Lack of working elevator, remodeling, lack of cleanliness in rooms, and room AC not working well.
