Breakfast, size of the rooms.

They don’t replace towels, tp or garbage unless asked. This is a big deal for a family of four. Key card stopped working and almost had to show my ID again just to get the room key working again because my husband asked and not me as it was in my name. Had to sign in and get a wrist band to use the pool. The power went out for several hours our last night. The funny thing was we stayed somewhere else our first two nights and had none of these issues and this hotel was rated higher.

Toilets are too low for older folks.

The lady that checked us in was exceptionally polite and kind.

There were no towels except two small hand towels and I didn't realize it until I stepped out of the shower smh. When I phoned downstairs the guy, Joseph on duty at approx 11pm on Christmas Day,, rudely and sarcastically told me he wouldn't bring some and I'd have to go downstairs to get them. One of the hand towels had what looked like blood stains on it and the pillows on the bed were small like sofa throw pillows. The drain in the sink didn't work. All in all just frustrating and a major headache when all we wanted was to get to the room and rest. The sticker on the mirror was misleading and my iPad on the pillow is for size reference.

The cleanest, quietest, spacious hotel I've stayed. I've visited Edinburg at least once a year for the last 4 years. This is the best hotel I've stayed at. Will be staying here next time!

Pet friendly and a food breakfast.

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable

Location was fine. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well. the bathroom was very nice, and clean. The breakfast offered a lot of choices but we didn't feel the quality was good. The oatmeal was watery, and the eggs rubbery.

There were multiple electrical sockets that weren't working. The room had a musty smell,

the room’s floor was in old dirty spots. everything looks obsolete. the breakfast was poor
