I did not like ANYTHING about the hotel.

The hotel is being renovated. My room was next to a room that was being painted. The room smelt like paint fumes. In addition, there were stains on the bed as if they did not clean the room properly. The AC did not work to full capacity. It took a long time for the room to cool down in 100 degree weather. I would not stay here ever again. P.S. I requested for my room to be cleaned and it was not. I called and put in a note at the front desk. I came back to the room and they placed cleaned roses but did not do anything else. Left the trash, wet towels that were left on the floor. Horrible STAY!

The room key card was not working it was difficult opening the door. Also the door lock was difficult to manipulate from inside I literally had to lift the door and turn the lock

I could not breathe in the room. I have asthma and I could tell it was dusty. I couldn’t even get a good night sleep I woke up at 3 am and stayed up until 6am to check out because I had to get out of there and drive almost 2 hours home to sleep in comfort. I would not stay here again. I am glad I can breathe again. The elevators barely worked and the hotel was kinda dirty

Refrigerator was not plugged in and had to be moved to another part of the room to find an available outlet. Shower and bathroom room ceiling had rust spots. Booked room type was unavailable.
