Breakfast was served every day, room was clean, and sheets were changed. Everything was kept up to date. Would recommend to stay here.

Card to enter my room was in active, some of the room light did not function, other than that, everything was good.

The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. For the amount we paid, this was a pretty good room.

The room door handle made it hard to enter the room. My key wasn't coded right initially so I had to go back down to get it squared away. The construction near the hotel made it hard to find.

We liked the location. It's close by to Alexandria and directly next to a large shopping mall.

It's very noisy and the rooms have bad ventilation.

The breakfast was surprisingly good and a good variety for my vegetarian husband and my gluten sensitivity. The shuttle back and forth to the metro was great. We never really had to wait and the drivers were friendly. The manager actually drove once when the regular driver was detained. The staff were really friendly. Also, the large refrigerator in the room kept everything very cold and there was plenty of room to store drinks and food. Overall we felt this was a good value experience.

This is an older hotel and some of the drawers were less than desirable, discolored. Shelf liner would help.

Nice to have fresh hot coffee and breakfast. Room was clean, and had plenty of towels.

Woke up twice to sound of young people returning to their rooms.

The breakfast was decent. They offered transportation to the metro. Close to the hwy. Housekeepers were nice.

The front desk person we dealt with was rude and difficult to work with. The facility appears to be very old. Our room was dark with terrible lighting. People were loud in the halls past 10 pm. I mean LOUD for a while. The bedding needs updating it appears very old as well. We had a party of 2 rooms. My daughter and her boyfriend had trouble with their room key a couple times and the front desk person insisted she didn’t know how to use it. (They are adults and know how to use a hotel key.). Overall our experience was somewhat disappointing.
