Breakfast was simple, just right. The lady who took care of it was very pleasant and nice. The location of the hotel was just right, close to my family.

Can't think of anything negative, except.

I liked the comfy beds and soft bedding,the lighting and the plenty of room to put our stuff.

Well I didn’t like that our phone was ringing in the middle of the night for no reason,during the early morning was very noisy outside and someone was banging on our door at 8 am we go checked and there wasn’t anybody,few minutes later “someone” was trying to open our door repeatedly again there wasn’t anybody all of that was just weird that never happened to us in an hotel before.

The room was clean. I really enjoyed how nice the staff we encountered were during our stay. I especially loved how nice the breakfast attendee/staff member was during our breakfast. She helped us find things we needed and was very attentive to our needs. She was constantly restocking what was running low. Made us feel very welcomed.

We asked for a late check out at 12 when checking in and was honored by front desk staff. The next morning housekeeping banged on our door at 9am. Housekeeping came back at 11 followed by 11:30. I opened the door to let them know we had a 12pm late checkout. at 11:58 I heard banging on the door once again as I was getting my bags to head out. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my bf to come back after his meeting which required us to need a late check out, the same house keeper was yelling at the front desk staff about giving a guest a late checkout. which was obvious she was talking about me, she continued yelling at the gentleman. he handled himself well and was sticking up for us not knowing I was sitting close by. great front desk staff. working in the hospitality industry myself I’m very disappointed on your housekeeping staff by their aggressive behavior on a late check out by an hour on a Monday morning. please talk to your staff about boundaries and where and when to complain about an issue and not at the front desk with a guest waiting in the lobby. especially when it involves obviously them. not a great experience on our end.

The breakfast was probably the best yet and I've stayed at quite a few motels lately

The elevator wasn't working so we had to carry everything up the stairs by hand. And my girl had a bunch of stuff so it was many different trips everything hand carried both ways wouldn't of been so bad had the elevator been working

The front desk lady was nice

Ok now there's a lot. The elevator didn't work, and it didn't seem like they even tried to fix it. The wifi didn't work. Our bathroom light didn't work. Our room was full of stink bugs. Housekeeping never made it to our room, breakfast was discusting. Now, I stayed at other best western hotels and had their breakfast, this one was just something else🤦🏽‍♀️ while drinking coffee at breakfast, the whole housekeeping team was fighting in the lobby about who's going to clean which room. It felt like a big kindergarten. I would not recommend staying at this hotel even if the price would be extremely low. Not worth your nerves.
