Everything was excellence, from checking in to room, then pool, sauna, exercise. Of course the food and selection was excellent. Most importantly everyone working made it all possible. Location, designed of excellence, staff, food, presentation is amazing. I haven’t seen this quality in years. Embassy Suites Hilton got it Right ✅

This is a very large property (8 floors) and only one elevator worked. From speaking with staff I understand this is a longstanding issue. You wait a very long time for the elevator and compete not only with hundreds of guests but also staff (including housekeepers with large carts). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless I knew the elevator issues were resolved.

I truly appreciate them getting our room ready two hours before standard check-in. The beds were comfortable. The location to the airport was great! The cook that we meat was pleasant, Jim, Tyler and I believe Ann, from the front desk were helpful in person.

I tried to call several times from the airport but they never answered the phone to request the shuttle. Finally after an hour another member in our group was able to get through after we decided to order an Uber. I tried calling from the from desk but they did not answer the phone. The location was good but there wasn’t much to eat within walking distance as the restaurant was closed at 2pm on Sunday, The bar staff, especially the one who made our drinks was very rude and I am sure she made a sly comment to the wait staff as I walked away, because we mentioned how the service was kinda lacking

Elevator noise during the night

The room was dirty. A lot of mosquitoes and I ask the housekeeping and they don’t have spray for the room. The sofa bed is dirty they did not changed the sheets. We stayed for 4 nights and we asked for new towels and they did not respond The hotels is very expensive for $2252 plus $22 parking per day

I liked everything

The toilet started overflowing and tun was filling up. I couldn’t get a room exchange because they were booked. It took awhile for maintenance and Cleaning lady to go clean up and it was late at night and I just wanted to get to bed.

We had a great stay here after staying one night here earlier in our trip! It was nice to be familiar with the hotel and room and location. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable! Easy access to the interstate for quick and convenient travel in the area. Tasty breakfast!

Great location near airport and rental car pick up and return area at Sea Tac. We came in super late on our flight and we were able to check into our room late with no problem! Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Easy access to the interstate for traveling.

Having 3 adults in one room. The breakfast was very good.

The facility was a little worn and dated. The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The room was roomy and quiet, even though it was next to the elevator. The free breakfast and complimentary reception every evening, that included a drink, was a nice surprise. The staff were amazing.

The part of the hotel that you checked in and ate food, including the evening reception, had no air conditioning. At 90+ degree weather, it made it quite uncomfortable to take advantage of the facilities. Also, the safe in my room did not work. The safe in my mom's room did work, so I know it wasn't me just not knowing how to follow the directions.

Room is good except that it was warm inside the room that we need to request an electric fan to cool down the room.

You need to check the air condition unit to make sure it's working properly.
