Excellent breakfast.

I've stayed at this property several times. The last time was during the pandemic and the stay was not as pleasant as previously though still fine. I'm happy to report that the hotel is back up to scratch and making improvements. They were installing new carpet while I was there. The breakfast buffet is a full hot breakfast bar. Everything is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet, the bed comfortable, the water hot.

I think the price seems a little high to me, but is in line with other properties in the area.

really dirty not from remodel toilet ,floor edges covered in filth . Fire alarm covered with plastic bag. sprinkler in room taken apart.

Well apparently the hotel is under construction, and the price for not having a pool/hottub area and the entire 3rd floor we were put on had plastic on the carpet and we were put right in the middle of the mess. There was a disclaimer to the very bottom of my reservation that stated the pool was closed, but had dates from like a year ago. I just "assumed" that was an old message. Also if you have a trailer there is NO parking for them. :( Just really disappointed this stay.

The hotel was solid as possible for that side of Hammond. Maybe consider updating the switches and panels. And put an outlet on both sides of the bed lol

shook down at the front counter, put on 3rd floor which was gros and under construcrion

King suite with the spa tub was very spacious and comfy.

My husband had to physically clean out the jacuzzi tub before the special evening he was trying to surprise his overly stressed wife.

desk clerk was exceptionally helpful at check in she was still there after sixteen hr shift helping me check out…even helped me find something on the breakfast buffet… a wonderful employee

Bathtub nasty and full of hair and stains. Getting off elevator to 2nd floor had horrible sewer smell that lingered down the hallway. Water smelled really bad and discolored. Very outdated and needs major overhaul to the property as well as a much needed deep clean.

The staff was friendly.

The beds are very uncomfortable, they are painting the second floor so plastic runners all the way down the halls. Hot tub unavailable. No towels replaced on a 3 days stay.

It gave us a place to sleep.

The beds were unbelievably uncomfortable, they reminded me of hospital beds. There were renovations going on all over, our room had unpainted walls and holes all in the walls as well.
