The location, it was easy to find.

We had to bring our own linen down, and on checkout day housekeeping came to my door several times as if she was trying to rush us. Also breakfast was not being served and I was not given an explanation of why not.

They weren’t serving breakfast, no iron in the room, no clean linen for the next day unless you exchange out the old ones.

I like the location

it was just not Clean. it smelled. we had gotten to the room late due to we went to the strawberry festical and when we got to the room there was roches on the bed. we were so exausted...and mad we just didnt even call the office...the people about our room were making a lot of noise..... it was just an overall just bad stay. also the front desk took out my room bill twice and they could not refund me my money until they said a couple of days....horrible.

Staff is super friendly, its in a great location, its clean! And the beds are amazing!!

People actually live there and there is smoking and pot smoking so if that bothers you, you will come in contact with that! Also neighbors were a little rowdy. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was so much condensation on the floor it wet our socks.

There was no breakfast and I SPECIFICALLY booked the hotel for the free breakfast.

I have never stayed in a hotel where there were so many criminals. I observed more people with ankle monitors than I have seen in a courthouse. The overpowering smell of Marijuana is everywhere. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours. I have never stayed in a crack house before but this was as close as I have ever come. I had 5 rooms and we had to cut our sty short because no one in my group felt safe. I was embarrassed I made the reservations. This was a small town. No reason for this. None of the other hotels in the area were like this. The photos on the website and appearance on the outside of the building were the same. Never again....

I have never stayed in a place that had so many low class dope smoking thugs in one place. The while hotel smelled of Marijuana. Fighting I. The parking lot. Marijuana smoke was so thick on the floors and elevator you couldn't breath. I will never stay at your hotel again. I had 5 rooms and we all cut our stay a day short because we did not feel safe in you hotel. I was embarrassed that I was the one that booked the rooms for the others. I have never stayed in a place that I did not feel safe for the people that were staying there. There where more ankle monitors on people than I have seen in one place including the court house. Never again.

The staff was friendly

The non-smoking rooms smelled like an ashtray. The sheets were dirty. The floors were sticky. I would not stay here again.

Hot water in shower.

Bed was hard. Toilet kept running all night. Saw roaches. Lots of noise, people running down the hallway.
