Had reservation and showed them rez number and confirmation -- they said they didn't have it in their system. They said no other room was available and good luck. When asked if they could call other Marriots in the area, they said I'd have to do it. All the hotels mistake. After 30+h of travel, with a rez and screen shot confirming that, they didn't have it, said no other rooms, and refused to help remedy their error by calling other Marriots. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Our trip was for the Cubs game and Mall of America so this location was perfect. The rooms were great. Clean big and cozy. It's a great location. We use this location for park and fly as well.

Our elevator was kind of hidden

The little cafe in the lobby was good. Was able to grab something quick for breakfast both days we were there.

Staff was nice and friendly as usual. The beds are very comfortable.

There was no hot tub to relax in, even though one was advertised. The hot tub was turned into a planter for some reason.

The convenience to the Mall of America and the free airport shuttle were great!! The pool was deep and kids loved size of the pool. The pool area was nice and comfortable to hang out in.

The hotel was outdated and the hallways to find your room were very confusing. Very awkward layout. There was no hot tub and the beds were full size, not queens. 3 drinks in the lounge cost over $40.

Dated buildings, parking lot was full due to some sort of concert that was there. Had to park at rear of the building and walk all the way around to the front because the doors in the rear weren’t working properly. Lighting in the rear lot was poor and didn’t feel safe.

Could not get a copy of my stay upon checkout at 3am ALSO NO SHUTTLE TO TAKE US BACK TO THE AIRPORT -IT IS ANAIRPORTHOTELBUT SHUTTLE STARTS AT 4AM NOT AT 3am! Useless!!! NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN WE CALLED TO SEE IF THERE WAS A SHUTTLE TO PICK US UP AT THE AIRPORT EITHER. IT WAS A TERRIBLE STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE CAUSE THEN EE HAD TO FIND A RIDE AT 3AM! Very stressful

the location was right in front of the mall

i got there - checked in - went to my assigned room & keys were not working. called for help - the "engineer" who was like 18 couldn't get the door open so then we were switched rooms. the new room's view was horrible- just a wall and AC unit & the windows were so nasty full of spider web & bugs. we tried to spend the least time in there just went in to shower & sleep- just not worth what i paid for. no room service we had our trash & dirty towels in there for all of our stay. beds are tiny! no microwave in the room!!! maybe you'll like it but not us!

Beautiful facilities.

There was a wedding or other event which made it super loud both outside and when inside our room. Terrible night sleep due to noise of guests and airplanes from nearby airport.

The elevator is very fast! No time wasted going slowly from floor to floor! Food at the Bistro was excellent.
