The comfortable beds, we need to know what type of mattress that is so we can buy one

One of the desk girls acted rude, the toilet didn't want to flush

The staff is awesome and the beds are most comfortable ever, we would give a 5 star rating on just the bed.

Plumbing in bathroom didn't seem to work right other than that all was good

it was dirty! the whole room was nasty and the floor was sticky

I enjoyed having a full fridge and kitchen, the shower was hot and had excellent water pressure. Not to mention the bed was so soft!

the floor was not clean everywhere I walked in the room the floor was sticky. The bed sheets were wrinkled like they have been slept on.

The A/C worked

They weren't the friendliest. The breakfast was a snack bar or Oatmeal in a package. The drapes were a challenge to keep the light out. The floor was dirty in the kitchen. Upon leaving I discovered I left my phone charger behind. It seems the cleaning crew didn't find it?

Great/friendly staff and clean hotel. Vince the maintenance guy is super quick to fix anything you have an issue with. I've stayed at quite a few hotels where the staff is inappropriate and unprofessional and this place is a hidden jem.

customer service was everything

the price could be a lil Lower for one night

Everything is great for the price and I appreciate the little touches the housekeeping staff do to make life easier for guests (e.g., additional trash bags already in the can, pillows pre-positioned to inspect for cleanliness, placing the soaps and towels at the optimal point of performance, etc.)

I did not appreciate the fact that the gentleman at the front desk charged me for my stay when I had already paid online. I advised him of this twice and both times he told me that booking.com didn't charge my card for my stay (when they most certainly did, as they should have). There was another guest ahead of me who had the same issue, but unfortunately for him, he couldn't check in at all because he didn't have his state issued ID. Thankfully my issue was resolved at checkout by a lovely young woman with DYNAMITE hot pink nails and great customer service skills. She was very kind, personable, and understanding, which brings me incredibly close to forgetting all about the gentleman who double charged me and calling it a perfect stay.

Receptionist was great

Fridge was rusting inside, stove top was rusting, hood had no way to turn off the light

Size, general cleanliness.

Office Staff - two consecutive nights the staff was NOT in the office for over an hour. It was not an emergency (I needed dishes and a coffee maker) = but was not what was expected.
