Good breakfast, clean, quiet, within 15 minutes or less of all of the things we wanted to do in Milwaukee

Room layout was a little odd and king bed was small

Room was great. Staff was friendly. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms was nice for price and pool staff pretty nice I like it had on-site bar and food for purchase

Pool could have been a little cleaner kids seen bowl stuffed in drain that is used to suck out trash

I always stay at Hyatt Place when I travel. This is the first time I have had a bad experience at any Hyatt location. First off, they did not accept my credit card at this location. This is the same card I have always used, yet this specific location would not accept it. This was extremely embarrassing, as my nephew had to pay with his card, and I had to get cash out of ATM and pay him back. Housekeeping was awful, and they did not even clean our room after first night, even though I requested this. I do not recommend this particular Hyatt. The breakfast was way too cramped. They didn't have nearly enough room where they served it.

The staff was extra hospitable. Especially Armando! Tonya and Sara, the management, great! Glen and the Sunday morning staff and the breakfast people! OMG!

Wasn't safe. There was an intruder and cops were called. Moved us to 3 different rooms because things were broken. No ice and the ice machine was leaking everywhere. Breakfast ended early
