The breakfast was served hot and fresh. The room was clean and spacious. I was able to change out towels when necessary.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I would have liked to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather but there were always "smokers" sitting in the outside area (my husband and I are non-smokers).

The hotel needs upkeep. They listed an indoor heated pool & not only was it cold it was not clean. The bottom of the pool needs repair as the paint is peeling off the bottom & the water was cloudy. The hot tub same thing it needs maintenance the paint is peeling, the water was room temperature, not hot & only filled in the foot well not even covering the seats & it could not be used. I paid over $400 for 2 nights & had I booked it the night we arrived they had the room advertised for $107. What a RIP OFF. The hall carpets needed to be vacuumed & hours after breakfast there were crumbs on the table & chairs outside in the front of the hotel.

The staff was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The location of my room within the hotel was great. The hot tub was actually hot and the indoor pool was not freezing cold.

Front desk staff were not friendly or attentive when you walked up to the counter. We were never spoken to or recognized in any way until they were finished talking amongst themselves. We were never greeted once as we came in and out of the building.

Bed appeared clean. Cleak in staff was pleasant although they stopped checking us in to get pool towels for guests that walked up to counter after us.

The hotel was filthy! Carpet was disgustingly dirty and very worn. Bathtub was either rusted or badly stained. My husband and I elected to drive home without showering. Wet washcloth was hanging on door knob when we checked it.

Extremely dirty and poor maintained. Even tho the stuff were really nice the whole place was too dirty, our room was dirty when we arrived, asked for a clean they “did it “ but was still terrible. The pool need to be repainted and cleaned urgently and in the weight room nothing works.
