It was spacious and comfortable and very homey.

The washer and dryer wasn’t great. It didn’t spin the clothes hardly at all.

There was no breakfast.

Some electrical outlets in the bedroom didn’t work

Excellent location! Excellent views! Easy access to all activities. Plenty of room with a beautiful porch overlooking the river. The parade of tubers was a highlight and made the afternoons more enjoyable.

The condo building was a little dated and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

We drove 3hours to get to Helen and when we arrived at 4:00 to check in we walked into a mess , the air conditioner wasn’t working , the ceiling had fell in one of the bedrooms, towels were soaked with water and laid around the air condition unit . I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get something done , owner never contacted me . I asked to be refunded because it wasn’t worth what I was charged . I would not recommend staying here , pictures on the website are not what you see when you arrive . Thankful that Vacasa stepped up and took care of us and finally found us a place to stay at 9:00pm that night and then the owner wouldn’t even refund my money back for the one night since it was wasted trying to find somewhere else and never contacted me . DO NOT RESERVE THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE SORRY

The location was excellent, definitely walking distance from restaurants and stores. The view was exceptional, I highly recommended it.

Beautiful setting and great location clean and nicely decorated had all we needed for cooking a meal, nice covered porch out back to sit and watch the river and nature.We really loved that a great deal of thing were within walking distance. A park, dollar general, restaurants, close parking, bar/restaurants with music, 6 or 7 min. walk to downtown.

It was kind of odd not seeing any staff but worked out fine. When I asked a question through text it did seem like I was annoying the person. I did not get an email that was to explain where it was located and what to do. I did get a text with the code to open the door. I looked in email, spam and old mail in case I missed it but it was nowhere. Why they couldn't just get me the information again I'm not sure. They eventually gave me the address and unit number. Maybe find a way to send info again in case there was an issue. Otherwise a went great.

The place itself is in need of repair and updating on the outside. The unit we stayed in is also in need of repair and updating. Furniture is old, flooring has holes in it. Outside private balcony basically doesn't exist as it is very small.

We didn’t get the room we book so we lacked a bed for our kids and had to use an air mattress. When I contacted the company they said they weren’t sure why my acknowledgment (which I provided a copy) showed the 3 beds because it’s only a 2 bed place. They probably should update their acknowledgments to show the proper information. Overall the apartment was ok and seemed fairly clean. Definitely could use some updating the beds were very uncomfortable.
