Carpet in elevator looked horrible.

The hotel is infested with bedbugs. I reported it to the staff/manager and they said they were aware of the infestation. They changed my room and the sheets were filthy. The staff had a nonchalant attitude and said I can leave if I want to and refused to issue a refund.

Breakfast was excellent! Location was perfect!

The breakfast could have more selection. The location was good.

The young woman at the check in was not friendly or helpful. I have stayed there several times and her attitude has not changed. After dealing with her I probably won’t stay at that hotel anymore. Customer service is very important to me.

The suites door did not close properly to secure the room. We had to go back each time and make sure it locked. The North end door was extremely hard to use the key to get in it and.

Overall was really nice day except for the problems with the dorks.

I didn't get my money back for them cancelling my reservation.
