We booked one double queen bed room on booking. When we checked in, hotel informed us the room is not available due to water pipe burst and set up us in one single bed room. Two of us had to share one bed and the litter bin is full and unclearned. The hotel GM Lori offered us 50% discount solution but told us they cannot give discount at front desk, instead they let us call booking and let booking contact them for discount. but booking cannot get through the line and said hotel should gave discount directly at front dest because the payment is by front desk not by booking. Now two days gone, things are still not solved. Hotel employee is extremely unprofessional and makes things complex.

Television did not work enough to watch anything never had a single day of four that it worked. Dirty and run down had roach in bathtub. Heat could not be regulated

Property needs to be updated. Bathtub needed to be cleaned better. Carpets looked worn and dirty. Biggest complaint is we were awakened to someone trying to enter our room. Front desk gave a room key without verification. If we hadn’t done the deadbolt he would have been inside. Will never stay at this location again.

I didn't like anything.

We got to the hotel late and we got through check in. When we got to our room, the room wasn't up to par. The bathroom had only 1 wash cloth & the toilet was dirty. The kitchen refrigerator was very disgusting. It was almost as if someone had spilled syrup inside of it. The microwave was filthy. My husband woke up in the middle of the night and found a bug in the bathroom. When we woke up in the morning I had a huge bite on my leg. So I don't think the beds are as clean as people think they are. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Located close to the job

The location was near a training I attended. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen.

The staff bordered on surly. The room smelled, first overwhelmingly of chlorine, then a musty smell like the humidity was not under control. The rug was very stained and felt damp.

Staff was friendly.

We were told there was a pool and there was not. We were traveling with a person with a disability and weren't given the room we specifically asked when calling the venue ahead of time. A light fixture fell from the ceiling hitting me in the shoulder in the middle of the night. When told there was no pool, we were well within our cancelation period but couldn't cancel because the clerk had already billed our card, so we were stuck.

No breakfast. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The first room was so dirty we had to change rooms. The next room was worse. Dirty toilet, dirty tub, mildew around tub faucet, limited linens, dirty tables, garbage can in kitchen was completely full of trash, floors were sticky, carpet dirty, sticky stuff running down the wall outside the bathroom and a terrible smell in the room.

I don’t think anything could help this place. Should be gutted and torn down. See above question. The experience was horrible. Will never stay here again. We had to get cleaning supplies and clean our own room to be able to feel safe from germs.

Low price. Location to baseball complex.

They double booked so i ended up with a handicap room. No discount or refund. No apology. Staff was not very welcoming at all. Waited at the desk for about 5 min before anyone even showed up. Waited 5 min outside the Front door was broken. Couldn’t enter until another guest came out.
