The hotel was nice. clean and the beds were comfortable

Asked housekeeping to change our trash cans and give clean towels on day three of our stay. No one came to do this. I had to find someone to give me a clean towel and needed to empty my own trash cans. The people above us were very loud most of the night for two nights. They tried to over charge me explaining that booking.com didn’t charge me enough

Noisy and poorly maintained hvac; walls were thin; lots of noise and I didnt get a good night’s rest!

Friendly staff upon check-in/out. Great breakfast with a variety of warm and grab-n-go options. Tea/Coffee stand was accessible 24/7. CLEAN rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Functional kitchenette and great iron/board. Highest floor room (5th) request was granted upon online request.

A few ‘minute’ things: Walls seemed thin and neighbors could be heard speaking at times if hvac system is not running. Dining hall (floor/table/chairs) could be cleaned more consistently between guests. Parking lot can be tricky (particularly when arriving at night) since lot connects to two other hotels.

I think the property was probably pretty nice but when we got there, there was a problem with the room because I was paying with my debit card. They were gonna charge me twice and then reimburse me within two weeks which is stupid. That makes absolutely no sense.

Breakfast made it worth the value

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The rooms were relatively clean despite the hotel losing 2 of their housekeeping staff, and ended up having to wait for them to be cleaned. Also, the walk-in showers requested we’re not available but Paige & the manager did a great job offering to provide a discount on the room rates leaving us quite impressed with their efforts. I’ll definitely stay there again mainly because of the way issues were handled & of course the great breakfast!

Not initially getting the walk in showers previously requested. Toilets in one of the rooms still had toilet paper in the bowl, leaving us to wonder if it was cleaned at all. Probably not, since housekeeping was understaffed.

Check in was easy and they accommodated us checking in a little early. Staff was very friendly.

The room rate was high for the quality of the hotel. I know it was graduation weekend which likely drove up the prices, but I don’t think the room was worth what we paid for 2 nights.

The A/C didn't work properly in my room, and when I called late night to tell them, nobody ever came to fix it. I checked out the next day, and when I told the manager, other than an "I'm really sorry...", he didn't offer to do anything else for me (reduce rate, etc.).

Excellent location for getting in and around greater Raleigh. Staff are friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great breakfast selection.

The toilet kept running, and it wasn't fixed for 4 days. Our room wasn't cleaned until the last day. Often, when I went to the front desk, staff were out back and not available.
