Location, size of room

outdated furniture, elevator very slow

The only thing We actually like were the house keepers, they were very nice .understanding, and very helpful

The actual rooms. I was under the impression from the pictures on line it to be clean, nice and comfy, Our first room had cockroaches, spiders and was not the room I thought I was getting that was posted, it was dirty. the toilet was dirty ,room was to small and dirty , didn't have a kitchenette like the pictures showed, the jacuzzi was actually filled in with dirt and a palm tree, The elevator was in horrible and dirty conditions. It would stop between floors and we would have to walk up the stairs to get to the room, The 2nd room only had 2 burners for the kitchenette and no oven with a small frig and microwave, Door to balcony wouldn't shut unless you slammed it, there were also spiders, both rooms had small tvs. The building I was in , was very old and just dirty in general. The building itself needed a lot of work, and definitely could use an upgrade. The pool areas were dirty and looked nothing like the pictures that were posted. and the building where I was pool stayed cloudy, The door card reader didn't work most of the time ,and the house keepers would let us in, I even told the employees thought it needed replaced, The air conditioning unit needed cleaned ,filter changed and didn't keep the room cool. the table between beds were stained with little brown rings, the bathroom was disgusting, bathtub looked like it had cigarette burns, the sink and vanity area was dirty and factettes had some rust and were dirty.The 2nd room had cockroaches as well, We killed about 7 of them, I don't like the fact that now upon coming home ..we have to pay for a exterminator due to the fact we brought roaches home in our belongings, The mattresses were also dirty and stained. I complained about the roaches, Even told the mgr. about them and showed her a video I took, all she said was "they sprayed 2 days ago and roaches probably were running out of hiding places. Ive never stayed in a place so dirty like this before.

I really like the location and the views were beautiful! I feel like it may need some updates, but I know times are tough.

I loved the view from the room and the outdoor pool was nice

I booked a room with a full kitchen and when we arrived there was only a mini fridge and a microwave.

got up early morning ,turned lights on roaches everywhere ,worst hotel ever ,furniture 50 years old

Location and the staff was very friendly

The ROACHES my 9 yr old wanted to sleep in the car the 1st night . I did go buy some spray and that seemed to help

checked in and then immediately checked out minutes later. lost all money for reservation. Room was not clean, stains on furniture/bedding, balcony was disgusting and had foul odor due to trash, cigarette butts on roof of covered pool. Immediately started itching when laid on bed.

Loved the location!! It was peaceful and quiet

I didn't enjoy sitting out on balcony due to the fact that the room next to ours smoked marijuana the whole time... The smell would vapor into our room which was a non-smoking room.. I couldn't take the smell..

we had a ocean front room with a nice view.

while we were their i killed at least 8 to 10 bugs in the kitchen. and then we had to park across street because they were painting the outside of building even though we never saw the first painter. My wife is disable so walking across the street was not a option. I would go across street and get car and come back and pick her up. Plus the last night we were there we went down to the pool to soak in the hot tub but the doors were locked and when i walked up to the front desk the doors were locked there two.

the location was nice, wasn’t busy, the beach view was beautiful, easy conure to restaurants and activities. if you’re o.me a budget then j would recommend here if but you have the extra $$ go somewhere else. also, I’m gay. Did not feel unwelcome, so hotel staff seemed gay friendly was well as the area. picture posted is the sunset from my house on in 7th floor.

the staff didn’t know if they used latex gloves; or the soap used on sheets (I have allergies). they did not allow 1 hour later checkout, said they don’t offer towels for the pool (they have a pool and hot tub) or beach. (later someone else gave me extra towels though)they take a cash deposit of 100 per person didn’t know til I got there, I always use card.

You guys have the perfect view and the fact y I u have kitchenettes
