Poor sanitation...smelled really bad...and there were roaches in both suites that i was charged for. So we only stayed 1 night...but was charged for both.... absolutely un acceptable. Was told i wouldn't be charged for both nights. Overcharging guest for the accomodations.

Nothing. It was no pillows in my room . No hot water in my room along with roaches my stay was horrible.

Make sure I had new sheets and towels and make sure everything that was suppose to be in the room such ass Accessories and make sure there’s no bugs ( roches ) and make sure everything works in the room

• The hotel was not clean. It was total dirty o Floor in the lobby was sticky and you can see footsteps o The front desk and tablet to check in was full of finger signs and not disinfected o In the rooms the carpet was full of dirt stains and was not cleaned for months o The same for the tiles in the bathroom o If you walk around in the room / bathroom it feels like walking on honey o All surfaces of the switches, door handles, tables are also sticky and not disinfected o Hairs found in the shower o Bed sheets, towels and dishrag old and with dirt stains o All chairs with dirt stains o Huge layer of dust on the fridge • The room was labeled as non-smoker but the rooms smell totally to cold cigarettes • Surface of toilet seat de-laminated. Due to this a well cleaning by the stuff was not possible • Cockroaches in the room. • In one room “APEX Cockroach bait” found in the bathroom bin This is dangerous for untrained persons and especially for children • Smoke detector is beeping

Please, do not come to this hotel if you have some where else to stay. Its not just dirty, it’s super dirty. The staff was not there for checking out. we waited for 25 minutes, and still… we had to go, we didn’t have all day to wait for her

The price was good, but that is about all. Location is along the freeway, so the location is convenient but very noisy. To be honest there is not much more to recommend this place. Even though I travel here often, I won't be booking here again.

Local hoodlums were hanging out in the parking lot when I arrived. The desk staff was unhelpful. The 3rd floor had a terrible odor. And as you walk down the hall, dogs are barking loudly from inside guest rooms. Room was not very clean. I never felt safe.
