The night receptionist took my credit card and said the card will be returned upon check out. I argued that the credit card number and information can be taken. The room was prepaid through booking .com. She obviously does not the hotel policy because the lady at the front desk the following morning was baffled when I asked for my credit card when she gave me the receipt. She said with an apology that that was not standard policy. Also we were awaken by a loud banging on the door at 9 am. It was the cleaning lady. The check out was 11 am. Perhaps train them to check the room after the 11 am check out if it is closed?

Friendly staff, 24 hours desk service, easy access to 40 hwy, clean room, local food delivery.

Bathtub had holes that were patched with pink patch. Made me a little uneasy using the tub since I wanted to make sure not to step directly on or near the patched area since it could puncture again or crack more.

The locations was perfect, the rooms were nice and clean, and pets are welcomed. It was perfect for what we needed on our trip back home.

The continental breakfast is VERY VERY limited and located in the front office where there is hardly any room. There’s coffee, waffles and other breads. Definitely gets too crowded in there with just 4 people. Would not recommend the breakfast.

The room was clean and quiet. The shower/toilet area was really clean, the fan is silent. We didn't use a pool, so I can't say anything about it. The parking lots are quite far away from the rooms. This is good so you don't hear/smell other cars, but not very good when you need to get your things from/to the car.

1. The breakfast area is so tiny, people can't really use it. I made waffles and tosts, and shuttled between the breakfast area and my room several times to bring the food to my room. The breakfast is very poor - waffles, tosts, butter and grape jelly, cereals and milk, orange and apple juices, muffins and coffee. No yogurts, no fruits. Nothing more. 2. The hotel is located out of town. There are no grocery stores nearby. Care to by some food in advance, if you need something better/more than the local breakfast. 3. Lady on reception mentioned she's already gave the room I booked to another person by mistake. But she found another room for me, so that wasn't a problem.

The people at the check-in were very friendly. I had a problem when making my reservations and they waited for it to be fixed. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I have no complaints. I really enjoyed my stay.
