The air conditioner was dirty and I caught a repitor infection

Love the friendly, helpful staff and location at this hotel! Offered room upgrade at a great price. Love the size & comfort of the one Bedroom suites. We seem to stay here at least four times a year while visiting family & will continue.

Only complaint is the pillows re too small and too soft on King size beds. Normally you have 2 firm & 2 soft. We had 4 small and soft/flat on our King, but the mattress & bedding was comfortable.

Terrible odor on the entire 2nd floor. Fans were running on the floor that inlt made the odor worse. When I asked the front desk what was going on, I was told they could not disclose that information. Slept with towels around the door but did not keep the horrible oder from permeating our room. Checked out at 4:30 am. Another person in our room became violently ill.,Vomiting.

Check in staff ignored me and kept me waiting 3-5 minutes while she took inventory of soft drinks nearby. I had to finally ask her if anyone was working the desk! Toilet seat in room was broken. Carpet in room felt sticky and dirty.

The bed could have been firmer. It was way too soft.

The hot tub was cold and fomie (too many chemicals)

Stephanie working the front desk, location and beds were super soft and comfortable.

Had roaches in the first room (were quickly relocated), weird smell once A/C unit turned off, can tell the rooms are older and need better updates/maintenance (wood split on bathroom doors, paint peeling need at headboards, stains in bathtubs, shower didn’t drain well).

Super friendly staff and room was nice and clean

Swimming pool was dirty and almost green. The hot tub was cold water and also dirty

A pleasant surprise, a very nice hotel. Beth at the front desk was great and very helpful. Interacted with several of the staff in passing, all were very friendly and pleasant. Will stay again when I'm in the area. I live in Savannah and have friends, its a good half way point.
