Didn’t stay at property to like anything!

On 4/20/24 I made a booking, 5 minutes later I called the property to let them know I would be arriving and Johnathan the hotel clerk stated property was booked and I needed to find another hotel to stay. This was an inconvenience and he assured me it was a simple fix calling booking and they’ll confirm with him and my money will be refunded. When I called booking they called twice and wasn’t able to reach him( 10 minutes after talking with him) and said I would need to call again in the morning. This is occurring while on vacation, that morning I called booking again couldn’t reach property. They said call would be routed and some one will reach out in 48 hrs. 72 hours later I called and they said still couldn’t reach property to send screenshots where my card was charged and in 10 days a refund will be issued. Its been 14 days and still no refund, I called booking today and the agent says she has to contact property after already explaining to her they haven’t had contact serval times and I’m checking on the status of my refund. She still has me on hold for 15 minutes now calling property. This is bad business and terrible customer service, it took two seconds to charge my card but a month for a refund?!? That’s Ludacris and I want my money back now and I’ll never use or recommend this company.

They accepted a booking request without rooms so i went there and waited one hour to get nothing.

MIght as well have been nothing. If I was starving, and I wasn't able to walk to the Walgreens 3 minutes from the hotel, it would suffice. Nothing to write home about. One morning, there was no coffee set up.

The trash wasn't emptied outside my door for 4 days. It was hot garbage, attracting flies, and I could smell it from my room. The AC was moldy and put a smell out throughout the room. The outlets were loose from the sheetrock in the wall. The electrical would not pass code. The lighting was exposed fluorescent bulbs, like a prison. There were light switches that did not work.

had a few problems with room but Troy, the manager was very understanding. He made it right.
