The location. It was horrible otherwise.

The bathroom door was covered in mold. It was super gross. The bedding was damp and had mold. Roaches dead on the floor.

I love Dave and his wife.

Dirty, dirty, dirty and felt like didn’t get cleaned

Dave at the front desk was amicable. Location is a few short blocks to the beach.

Had to use my shoulder to open or close the door. Pool was green with algae. Was told a pump was being replaced. I chose this place bc of the pool. Wasnt fixed for the 3 nights i was there. Shower curtain rod fell down a couple times. Twisted that sucker so hard to make it stay up. Toilet didn't flush until I plunged it. Room smelled very musty and OLD. Sheets and pillows were slightly damp to the touch due to humidity and outside temp. Was 90 degrees with 85 degrees humidity. The air-conditioning might have been an evaporative cooler which may also have contributed to this. That would be a mistake. Suspended ceiling tiles reminded me of an old neglected office building. And many were warped from moisture and stained. Marks on walls and doors. Rust on nightstand lights. Furniture so worn you wouldn't buy it from a Goodwill unless you were just starting out. Painted screws jutting out from the wall where a picture once hung. A little effort and it could be a nice place to stay.

Old 60s 70 era motel that really showed its age. Overpriced for what it was. Obviously make their money from people that can't find anywhere else to stay when everything is booked up.

Room was big for 3 queen beds

All was good. Guy in room 8 was smoking pot outside his room. He kept opening his door when we were on the deck. He was watching us and the kids. Kinda creepy

Close to the beach and lots of restaurants near. Lots of gift shops near us and convenient store in walking distance.

They were very nice.We had lots of towels. The office stayed open until 10:30 at nights.

Its an old building...bath/ toilet very obsolete nothing to hang / place your stuff No table to place your food and to eat,no bread toaster, not even complimentary of coffees nor coffee maker the price of the room not worth.. but thnx for the stay ... the room has no smell👍
