Great location in that it’s close to Dodger stadium. East Uber ride or can take tram from union station. Brunch was very good.

I has an issue with smell of marijuana in the halls and tracking into my room. Reported issue that morning but by later that night it reoccurred. I was offered a new room but it was 11pm the night before we checked out. In exchange they waived one day of destination fee. I will reconsider if this remains my go to place when traveling to downtown LA.

Carpet in the lobby seems outdated. Most luggage has wheels and it was annoying to pull the wheels on the carpet. However the porter helped me to the counter. Onsite parking was really expensive. I did not looking to price before booking, so that was my mistake. I stayed about 4 years ago and the cost has gone up considerably. On the plus side all the porters were very courteous, prompt and the service was great. Close to the market, Angel's flight and the art museums are within walking distance.

It was a happy five days in the city center. The breakfast and dinner were so delicious, the Neo restaurant staff were kind to the children, and I was moved by their good manners. I write down my own feeling that I wish the swimming pool was a little wider. Anyway, I want to come again next time.

I love/hate the location and the rooms were nice and had a nice view. I love the complimentary drink and services for the museums etc.

Being so close to Skid Row. . So when traveling by car, its practically around the corner

The staff provided excellent service! They were all amazing. The location is near several museums and good food choices. Walking around the hotel property we felt safe and the area was very clean.

The TV appears to be using antenna and not satellite. Not a deal breaker but a small bummer. At checkout there was a Destination Charge of $40. I wasn’t expecting that. I believe it’s similar to a Resort Fee.

Attention’s super friendly staff

I needed to go to the Japanese consulate, and Little Tokyo. Both locations are walking distance from this hotel.

There was nothing I didn’t like this hotel. I found a good hotel when I need to go to Los Angels.

honestly, staff was awesome, and the location was spectacular.

the price for a mediocre, at best, room. the pictures make the room look way better when in reality it was a standard motel room. in comparison with motel 6
