Believe all the great reviews! Very clean, spacious and comfortable! Lots of space to lay out our luggage. Love the microwave, the fridge, the iron and ironing board. Also got some pour over coffee filters from the friendly gentleman at front desk to use with the electric kettle. He even upgraded our room, that was nice! He had an adorable cat hanging out with him. Loved that there was a vending machine just in case you needed snacks or drinks. Also loved the secure gate that closed at night. Parking was awesome and convenient. The rooms seem to be well kept and possibly recently renovated. The interior was very modern. The bed was very comfortable! It had a desk and a separate table to eat at. My only regret was not staying longer. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Actually everything was great. No complaints! Maybe the only thing would be maybe have blinds on the windows not just black out curtains. It's nice to have privacy, but also nice to have natural light in the room. But don't get me wrong, those black out curtains were great for sleeping in.

Without hesitation, my husband and I would stay there again. Our reasons include the professional, warm staff... the cleanliness and modern look of our room... the comfortable pillows and mattress... the proximity to LA, but the quietness of a suburb... Ralphs is a three-minute walk away... the gate to keep our car safe... and the two EV chargers on site (the best surprise yet)!

Great location between Burbank and Pasadena, safe gated parking lot, very clean room with very nice owners, maid service available as needed. Nice shower with dual spray heads and large mirror with adjustable lighting. Nice size refrigerator with microwave and electric hot water pot.

Colorado traffic noise can be heard, could be reduced with added weatherstripping around room entry doors. Bathrooms should have some hooks added to wall or door to hang clothes. Add a door mat or rug at entrance of room to wipe shoes off.

everything I was attracted to the Asian design so neat and tidy red stood out all electronics new clean even the showers are modern with pull down design for shower everything reminded me of minimalist Asian design with full satisfaction experience I’d stay again I’ve stayed more expensive with less cleanliness and rude staff!!! thank you for being so amazing!!!

Hotel was very clean and hand a homey feel to it. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean and had several little amenities such as a non-slip bathtub mat, iron and ironing board, luggage rack, that you often don't find or have to ask for. The staff at registration was very helpful and pleasant. The king room was very roomy and included a good-sized table and 3 comfortable side chairs. Everything appears to have been recently updated. Plenty of shelf and drawer space in the large bathroom vanity. It's only a half block to Ralph's grocery store. The room refrigerator is good sized but it didn't keep ice cream frozen. The accommodation next door is something like $50 more a night and doesn't appear to offer any more comfort. So this is good value (for L.A.)

The bed was comfortable but strongly transmitted the motion of one person to another. Be aware that Colorado Blvd is busy at all hours, with sirens as well as people racing cars with loud mufflers. The only way to block these sounds is to run the A/C or fan all night, which itself is loud even at the "low" setting. We live in a quiet suburb and are not used to these city noises. We wouldn't stay here again if we could find accommodations on a quieter street in the same area.
