Slow draining for sinks and toilets

Never received a room key as was promised to be delivered to our room. Was told to flip the safety latch open to go in and out.

The town

The bed clothes and the carpet were stained and dirty. You could hear the people upstairs in the bed. You could hear the traffic outside. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The price was reasonable but fit the accommodations. Close proximity to downtown as well as restauants and shopping(Wal-Mart and Target)

Television was low end and did not receive major networks. Staff had no answers for improving reception. Front desk person was never at front desk and did not answer house phone. Complimentary breakfast was a joke.Nothing but waffle iron and a few bagels. No fruit. Juice dispenser and coffee machine. The low point of our visit to Winona.

Simple but great! Very friendly and kind staff. Room super clean! I’ll definitely stay again if I need it!

A little loud. not much for television choices. Put Me in a room that hadn't been cleaned so I had to transfer to another room.

It was not fancy, but was clean and well-managed and seemed to have wifi that was reasonably secure.

Awkward entry location. Lots of road work, but that will just improve the location.
