The location was very convenient for us. Also, I like the dog-friendly policy.

The shower drainage was a clog, and the refrigerator was making a big noise that we had to unplug.

Friendly staff

Hotel is very run down. Broken sink and faucet, torn curtains, broken lamp. Very noisy.

No Covid protocols in place. Staff was unmasked indoors. Although breakfast was pre-packaged, the Jimmy Dean biscuits and sausage were disappointing. Staff was okay but rooms were assigned with all guests next to each other on the same floor, even though the building seemed fairly unoccupied. Room walls were paper thin. You could hear everything by anyone on his/her cell phone. Hard to sleep as a result. Very disappointed because the price and experience were not matched well at all.

clean and great location

bed spread had a white stain on it. like toothpaste. cleaned it off myself with a wet bathcloth. stains on the wall in the bathroom above the trash can. cleaned them off easily myself. whole place was dirty.

Parking was fairly easy and it was clean enough.

The worst thing is that I could hear every footstep of the people on the floor above me. Worse still, the floor above me creaked and cracked constantly with any movement up there. Is this a hotel or a treehouse?! Also the AC unit is directly under the window and there was no way to close the curtains at night to block out street light. The desk was placed directly in front of the AC making it impossible to work without turning the AC off lest it blow directly on me from about a foot away. Every time someone let a room door slam it shook my room and woke me up. Unbelievably horrible stay.

Start serving hot breakfasts and quit using the corona virus to cut the staff and funds. The price paid should include a hot breakfast!

The breakfast was really good. The location was a little difficult to find. They new signs off the main road to direct you to the hotel especially at night. We kept going past it because you couldn't see it off the main road.

It sits off the main road. Need to have better signage.

Was able to book rooms next to each other at the last minute. Was a bit expensive, but clean and well-run. The breakfast was really good for a chain type hotel. Staff was pleasant, and the outdoor pool was at the end of the building, so there was no late night pool noise to contend with.

I thought the rooms were over-priced for this area. The bathroom products were J.R. Watkins and smelled heavily of lanolin. OK if you don't have an allergy. Walls seemed a bit thin and could hear neighbors.
