The manager Deanna was very helpful! She switched my room with no problems. A/C was making noise.

Covid messed up continental breakfast.

Room was clean and neat. A little dated with decor. Liked having the fridge and microwave.

Room needed several things. Coffee cups, a small coffee maker, and either instant or coffee grounds so that you could make coffee. The coffee cups we brought were too big for the microwave. A couple of bottles of water would have been nice also.

The bed was very comfortable, lots of good lighting in the room, very spacious room, the kitchen appliances all worked well, the TV was a good size, and viewable from the entire suite

Did not need to see that the local police had been called to the hotel on my second day there, guests are hanging out in groups in the parking lot in the evenings, had to figure out how to enter the parking lot to get to the front door,

Not one thing

Furnishings were out of date and extremely uncomfortable. Noisy the entire stay.

There was PLENTY of room for the two of us and our two dogs, including their crates. There was a full sized fridge to use to leftovers and drinks.

I understand many people live in these rooms so they bring their own belongings but it would have been convenient to have extras in the rooms like paper towels or a hair dryer. Also access to an ice machine or basic dishes in the kitchen. Television was also difficult to use and slow.

The air, it was hot! _

It looked nothing like it did in the photos. I had to give a 100 dollar deposit that I'm waiting to be refunded. It was horrible!

The room and the staff was really nice I had a wonderful birthday weekend ☺...My room was upgraded and I was the guest of the weekend yayyyyy.....

I didn't find anything I didn't like.....
