I ask for a handicap room they give me one but it was so far to walk after back surgery also when I ask to take something off that was not paid for the staff said no.

The location was very peacefull and ALL of the staff that we came in contact with were professional and courteous; we felt right at home.
The fact that I had prepaid for my room on Booking.com and when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room was not paid for so my card was swiped once again. I HAVE BEEN BILLED TWICE FOR THE SAME ROOM!!!

The room was very spacious and clean. Had no issues with anything.

Easy to find, loved the double bedroom suite. Always love the set up of the suites and the fact that I can control the temperature and make my own meals. Love the R.I.
There was a slight pet odor and I really don't like the fact that there is no daily housekeeping/maid service. Last, there were some minor issues with doors in the suite - overall, the hotel didn't disappoint. I love R.I.

Room 220 needs to have all vents cleaned. Lots of "dust bunnies" causing my allergies to go crazy. Also, the shower curtain needs to be cleaned as well.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and always had a pleasant experience I love the outdoor fire pit and the breakfast is actually pretty good and is kept stocked and cleaned.
This stay was not quite as pleasant … there were some guests who were participating in some drug activity and the smell was coming through the vents into our room. When letting the staff on duty know of the issue they acted almost as if we should just deal with it. This hotel is not a cheap stay by any means so that was a little disappointing. We also did not feel quite as welcome this time around by staff while in passing we weren’t greeted in the mornings like we normally would be and were never once asked about our stay. Our bathroom was not very clean either but we managed.

Everything! Such a great suite. There was a full kitchen, dining area, sitting room with fireplace, desk and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helped me get my things to my room. Above and beyond any customer service I've received elsewhere.
The bathroom was a bit small and difficult to bathe for a handicapped person.

Location was convenient
Couch and chairs were uncomfortable....dogs barking next door! No coffee pot ! Remote missing the battery cover. There were hairs on the fresh towels

This was a lovely place. Bed was very comfortable. Clean. Big! Little noisy night we stayed. Busy. Not really fixable.
Not sure I like the whole community shampoo and conditioner. Pool was closed when we arrived. Staff member was little rude when I asked if it would be opened. Outside door was broken open. Overall was a nice place.

It was nice to have a fully functioning kitchen that was equipped with dishes.
The bed was beyond stiff and uncomfortable. The pullout sofa was had crumbs all over the mattress, which didn’t even have any sheets. My children said the pullout sofa bed was uncomfortable. The pool was dirty and oily, there were no towels at the pool. The thermostat was not easy to use. The staff was rude.

The breakfast was great, the hotel was quiet, and had wonderful service. We had prompt service when it was necessary. We really enjoyed the space.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, and polite. The room was comfortable, I wish you would offer more discounts and special offers when the consumers reserve 2 weeks in advance or longer but overall a great place to stay.
