Beautiful location on the lake. Room was decent size. Parking right outside of the room.

Steep path to parking should be fixed. Scraps the bottom of car. Pillows are rock hard. Towels were clean but rough on skin.

I liked the location on the lake, the facilities offered plenty to do and were accessible for my late night check in. Loved the balcony, kayak availability.

There was a pow wow in the parking lot of about 10 people sitting in chairs drinking and being loud and there were no parking spots in front because they used them all.

No breakfast offered. However, the canoes/kayaks, games, and rocking chairs with checkers or chess out front felt like we were stepping back in time. The balcony was great, and the property had terrific views of the lake. Our room was very spacious, and the AC worked well; plus, opening our balcony door and front door quickly cooled off our room. The staff were very personable, friendly, helpful, and proud of their facility.

No breakfast, and towns were a 10 minute drive away. However, I wouldn't trade the view and access to the lake for being closer to town. Part of the charm was the relative isolation.

We were in cooperstpwn for a conference, we left early and came home late. We were not participating in the baseball fun at all. The motel was quiet rapt night, which we appreciated, room services could have been a bit better!

Location great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view. Skylights in the upper rooms excellent design choice. Full kitchen, good size table and nice deck with view. Having kayaks and canoes available was great. Nice beach area with lots of chairs. Fire pit perfect bonus.

No breakfast. Loft design perfect during day, but not ideal for sleeping or isolation/privacy. Moored boats in immediate view of beach. No dock available to walk out on. Small swimming area.

The property still has a bit to go to be where it will be outstanding, but they are working on it. The cottages are fairly new and very nice.

More art work in the cottages. I recommended using your patrons. There are 4 things you are selling, the race track, the wineries/distilleries, the lake and the nature around the area. Reach out to your patrons to provide pics they took while there and use this as the art work
